TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All rates are per nigth, in U.S. dollas, and include housekeeping service and access to all resort amenities. We do not charge "hidden fees"

Rates do not include 5.5% taxes.

Rates are subject to change without notification.

Holidays requiere a minimum 2-nigth stay.

It is a Resort policy that at least one person of the party checking-in is 25 years or older.

Please read carefully 

We accept credit card payments. Under special circumstances, we will accept checks and/or bank deposits.

With special permission, one additional person beyond the maximum occupancy may stay in each suite for an additional charge of $50 U.S. plus 5.5% taxes

NEW CANCELLATION POLICY STARTING FEBRUARY 5th, 2009
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

At the time of booking a reservation, we charge 1 night of the total reservation cost.

10 days before your arrival, we will charge the remaining balance of the reservation cost.

Any reservation made within the 10 days of your arrival date will be charged in full.

For holidays and Spring Break we will charge de 50% of the total reservation.

It is important that you clearly understand our policy for refunds, cancellations and changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmed reservations which are cancelled before 30 calendar days of your check-in date will result in a 1 night charge as cancellation fee.

Confirmed reservations which are cancelled within the 30 calendar days of your check-in will have a charge of 50% of the total reservation cost.

For Holidays and Spring Break, all reservations cancelled within the 30 calendar days of your check-in will result in a charge of 100% of your payment.

All cancellations must be made via e-mail

Any changes to your reservations will result in a processing fee of $25. There will be no changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival.

There are no refunds for early departures. There are no refunds for holiday dates which include spring break.

Please make sure you clearly understand and agree with our payment, refund and change policies.
